Susi Sie (1982) is an Emmy winning artist based in Berlin, who purely works with analog materials and macro techniques.
Making unseen worlds visible, she creates unique textures with organic movements and captures them through film and photography.

She is on a mission to explore the physical and mathematical nature of unusual forms, substances and materials to show the hidden beauty and magic of our natural world that constantly surrounds us. Strictly applying analog techniques and refusing any computer animations or effects, Susi Sie’s haptic and detailed work is above all a highly personal study of the genuineness, perception and authenticity of things.

Her unmistakable style established her internationally and granted her clients such as Netflix, HBO, FX Networks, Olympic Games, Sony, Porsche and many more.
Susi’s work has been exhibited around the globe (New York, London, Paris) and won several Vimeo Staff Picks and awards at international film festivals.
In 2023, Susi won the Emmy for outstanding graphic design and art direction for the Netflix documentary „A Trip To Infinity“.
